Bryan Medical Center East Ambulatory Surgery Center & Medical Office Building

NIFCO Mechanical provided the fire sprinkler and stand pipe systems for this five story building. Total Square footage was 104,787 square feet with a complete finish-out no the first level and fire sprinkler rough ins for the other four stories ready for future tenant needs. The building was deigned by Davis Design and contracted by Sampson Construction.
